About Us





Anthony is a principal, co-founder, and architect at ASK. His work emphasizes the intersection of making and design. As both a registered architect and construction supervisor, Anthony brings a unique perspective and thoughtful responses to all projects. Prior to ASK, he was at Ann Beha Architects and Massie Architecture where he contributed to a range of projects, including the Big Belt House and the reconstruction of the Tappan Manor House at Tanglewood. 



Sara is a principal, co-founder, and landscape architect at ASK. Her work focuses on the design and construction of urban public spaces and is rooted in the belief that the most appropriate and innovative designs are born from the engagement of all site processes from historical to social.  Prior to ASK, she was at Hargreaves Associates and Sasaki Associates where she contributed to a range of projects, including the Chicago Riverwalk, the Lawn on D, and the Wilmington Waterfront Promenade at the Port of Los Angeles. Sara is adjunct faculty at Rhode Island School of Design.


george auger

George is a carpenter and project manager at ASK. George is a licensed construction supervisor and graduated from Fitchburg State University in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Construction Management. He spends his days in the trenches executing all our build work. His work can be seen in all our projects from Lamplighter Brewery and Taproom to Broadsheet Coffee Roasters. He is one of the best finish carpenters around and he can tackle any problem thrown his way.


Jimmy wei-chun cheng

Jimmy is an architectural designer at ASK. A recent graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), he is interested in exploring form and space through materiality, representation, and digital fabrication. He was awarded the AIA Rhode Island Norton Salk Scholarship for Design Excellence in 2017. Prior ASK, he was at Yuan architects where he contributed to several residential housing projects, including House S, House of Meditation, and Hsiu Gang Villa. Jimmy has co-taught at RISD and is currently teaching representation at Boston Architectural College.
