ASK

About Us

ASK +

ASK+ is an interdisciplinary firm based in Cambridge and Arlington Massachusetts. ASK started in 2009 and is comprised of architects, landscape architects, and construction managers working to build high quality, well-designed projects. The work includes a wide range of commercial and residential architectural design, public open space, and private gardens.

The firm’s organization centers on projects. The principals and team assigned to the project remain committed throughout the project’s life. ASK’s collaborative work is locally focused and encompasses a wide range of scales from commercial fit outs to artist’s lofts to residential master plans to small public projects. Our work is characterized by the attitude that strong, simple, well-built design can respond in innovative ways to the site and program to enrich the user experience. This design philosophy is integrated with a clear understanding of costs, construction techniques, and scheduling, with an all-important emphasis on the clients’ needs and goals.
